Your PC can be provided with a program to transact and manage alarms. All the alarms of the Telecontrol Systems® in the field are sent to this system.
On your screen you will find a list of alarms according to the time of arrival. You can make a difference between the types of alarms. From this program it is possible to consult the service department (via SMS or e-mail). The timetables of the service personnel can be included in this software. If in a certain period there was no reaction from the person 'on duty', another message is sent to another person (*).
